This included leading the implementation of a new CRM system which improved organisational efficiency as well as enabling a better service for our members. Together with other improved IT software and hardware solutions these changes amount to a significant move forward for the organisation.I led on a rebranding of the organisation, to give a more professional look and feel. this included greater alignment with member interests, for example In the editorial direction of the member's magazine.
