• Lead the strategic development of Werribee Open Range Zoo• Chair the Master Plan development project team• Lead the phasing and roll out of capital development projects encompassing exhibit development and enabling infrastructure renewal. Capital expenditure dimensions project specific to a value up to $10 million per project• Key interface between zoo internal clients and external stakeholders including, Heritage Victoria, Wyndham City Council, Parks Victoria, Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers Consultants and Construction companies• Member of the Werribee Open Range Zoo Senior Management Team and the Zoos Victoria Leadership Group

• Lead and manage the visitor experience functions including Customer Service, Interpretation (face to face and static), Admissions, and Safari department - general tours. 4 EFT staff and 70 casual staff• Financial management of $1.1 million operating expenditure budget and project specific capital expense budget up to $300 K per project• Lead commercial operations including special tours and Slumber Safari• Member of Werribee Open Range Zoo Senior Management Team
