As a Product Architect I have been involved in defining and shaping the flow and configuration of modules integral to a bespoke AI based software platform. From defining best practice methods through to deploying globalised modules, I have been firmly involved in shaping the direction of the product - both in terms of its internal implementation, and external configuration. Whilst working with this platform, I have been able to bring my knowledge from previous manufacturing roles to help me define and create more standardised and efficient processes. I have been able to outline a globalised process for importing documents, design and deploy entirely new processes such as Customer Query Resolution, and a multi-level Approvals system. My keen eye for design has also influenced and changed the visual construction of new workflows integral to the software, implementing levels of abstraction and distributors to simplify their structure. I have been working with databases and software for over a decade, and have an interest in programming and software solutions. As my career has progressed, so has my ability to analyse business processes and then define and refine systems to support and improve those processes. I have a talent for viewing problems in both holistic and atomistic frameworks, allowing me to solutionise complex processes effectively.Problem solving is one of my favourite activities, and I take great joy in finding useful yet simple solutions using technology.Previously I have created many bespoke software database solutions from simple loggers to full inventory forecasting, and accounting approval systems. These were all created with various configurations - sometimes with an Excel front-end, sometimes Win or Web Forms.Over the years I've also given plenty of training, demonstrations and presentations to employees and stakeholders alike ,and I'm adept at explaining complex ideas in simple terms. I have always got on well with colleagues, and have a cheerful and affable disposition.
