As a freelance osteopath and soigneur, I provide a high level of care and treatment to world class cyclists at INEOS Grenadiers, helping them to perform at their best. I have five months of experience in this role, where I apply my skills in pre and post race massage, injury assessment, rehab, and muscle activation.I am also a sports osteopath and injury rehab specialist, and an osteopath at Simon James Osteopath, where I have been working for over a year and a half. I treat a variety of patients with different conditions and needs, using techniques such as osteopathy, management, medical acupuncture, and exercise rehab. I maintain my own diary and patient list with a good retention rate. My mission is to help people achieve optimal health and well-being through holistic and evidence-based practice.
