Currently working for AO seafood's in Burnley and have been in the seafood industry for the past 26 years I have worked for M&J seafood's. working as a filleter and fresh fish packer to the hotel and catering industry. During my time with the company I worked my way up to supervisor, this role had me in charge of a team of four people working together to process orders ready for distribution to customers. Recently I have taken over as fish buyer for my local branch, I have also been involved in helping my branch achieve double A grade BRC status and running daily operations at branch level.
