I've been in and around the construction industry for 35years with at least 20 of those in a leadership roll. My original trade was industrial spray painter/French polisher , before moving into duct installation and the Mechanical side . I have completed many large projects over the years notably within hospitals, hotels,apartments, shopping centres , defence force and mining projects. I have successfully completed , the projects on time and on budget . My management style sees me on site monitoring contractors and evaluating construction progress quality and safety .Generally I handle all deliveries , co-ordination of contractors , site measures , attending all necessary site meetings and monitoring/maintaining quality . I prefer to run a daily pre start meeting and a toolbox meeting once a week, to keep everyone informed and address any issues as they come up .
