I was system administrator for the Airport Operational System (Chroma) and several other back office systems including ERP. I lead 2 minor projects that delivered IPTV across campus and I also delivered a mobile application that gave staff the ability to view their payslips on their mobile device. I developed key tactical reports within SQL Server that allowed senior management to monitor KPI’s and drive performance. I was seconded into the SAGE AOS Replacement Project which was formed to replace the Operational System, IBM AOMIS, at Southampton, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh Airport. My role was to coordinate training for the new system for around 1000 employees. I also performed UAT testing on the system whilst documenting it in Quality Centre. Other aspects of this role were to support the project manager which included project planning and managing communication to the business.
