Responsible for managing, implementing and improving the HSMS covering six sites across the UK. - Successful integration of BMS (nee Arcola) HS systems into BPS global EHSS system. - Coordinating and continual improvements of the BMS EH&S processes and procedures. - Controlling and maintaining the BMS IMS including: i. Ensuring all legal and other requirements are up to date. ii. Providing action plans to ensure compliance. iii. Reporting ongoing IMS performance. iv. Conducting review of IMS objectives with top global management. v. Ensuring Policy Review with Top Management vi. Management of IMS documentation. - Conduct EHS consultation activities with staff at all levels. - Reviewer and approver of all site RA's including: i. Notification of reviews required. ii. Action log tracking - Facilitation of Preliminary Hazard Assessment program to all staff involved in RA / DSEAR process. - Conduct incident investigations including i. Delegation of responsibility ii. Tracking of timely completion iii. Tracking of actions - Leading IMS internal audit programme covering ISO 14001 & 45001 activities.- Leading & controlling integration of BMS COSHH management into Global (Chemscape) CMS. - Integration of BMS into BPS global ISO EHS certification – continued UK ISO 45001 certification (Sep 2023)- Maintenance of UK EHS&S pages within the global website - EHS Induction and training of all new staff & exiting members. - Training management i. ensuring training register fit for purpose. ii. Review of technical expert’s training packages to ensure “fit for purpose”. iii. Review suitability of external training. - Initiate changes to IMS To delegate H&S tasks - Oversee disciplinary process for staff who do not adhere to HSM processes - Stopping work activities where safety or legal compliance is in doubt. - Form EHS action teams to tackle pressing non-conformities / response to serious incidents.

Responsible for the contribution of QHSE activities related to O&G valve manufacture and realization of customer requirements through management of QHSE activities such as internal & external audit processes, non-conformance, ITP, continual improvement projects and communication of information to encourage continuous improvement throughout the company. - Lead Auditor for internal & external supplier audit program. - Manage, control and implement the internal audit and external supplier audit programs to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 & API Q1 9th edition requirements. - Manage the internal audit team, provide training support and experienced back up to other auditors. - Visit customers / suppliers for the purpose of audit / Quality improvement NCR / CR investigation. - Point of contact for external audit providers (BSI, API). - Generate and collate reports from Audits, carry out follow-up audits to close out corrective actions. - Manage the NC system to ensure timely resolution of QHSE problems. - Determine effective methods of resolution of QHSE by investigation. - Close out NC's by verification of corrective and preventative actions. - Reply to any requests from customers, detailing reasons for failure with both corrective and preventative action. - Create QHSE statistics and review report for input into the Management Review. - Assess current systems and processes and determine if continual improvement process will benefit those activities. - Create and maintain Procedures & Work Instructions in line with Pacson QMS, EHS, ISO/API requirements. - EHS Induction and training of all new staff & exiting members. - Successfully developed and implemented a new QMS internal documentation process to control all procedures, work instructions, forms etc - Used the new the internal documentation process I created to develop external documentation (customer, supplier, national & international standards) controlling process.
