In order to fund this expansion I oversaw the implementation of a number of funding initiatives that resulted in a 180% revenue growth over 2 year period. This was achieved through the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy and extensive product development, retaining the lease on a unique and irreplaceable training facility via an extended negotiation and lobbying process with local and state government, and achieving a 30% improvement in staff retention rates whilst reducing overall staff costs.These commercial strategies facilitated and funded the expansion of the division’s philanthropic activities in terms of both services and impact.
