The Engineering Change Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that Rapid Insertion Capability Upgrades (CoA ADHOCS) are managed and coordinated to ensure the program achieves the design milestones required to facilitate the proposed installation schedules.

Outside of an EMA, the Ship Agent’s primary responsibilities are liaison with Ship’s Staff and facilitation of work requests for future EMAs or MOPs. Management of urgent defect taskings with the respective Destroyer Enterprise stakeholders including afterhours for high priority URDEFs as required. In addition, support the reporting of project performance at the Business Unit reviews and Destroyer Enterprise reporting. Develop and improve Destroyer Enterprise relationships and behaviours.
