Manage a contingency budget for… Show more During an EMA, the Ship Agent’s primary responsibilities are to lead and motivate the EMA production teams, attend all production and planning meetings, provide guidance and leadership to deliver the project objectives. Liaison with Ship’s Staff and facilitation of work requests for the current EMA. In addition, review and process EMA documentation to facilitate changes to the Main Work List and assist in the collation of the EMA Material State summary report. Manage a contingency budget for within financial delegation, commitment of funds to tasks in support of the project objectives. Develop and deliver EMA status reports to the Project Executive Board. Outside of an EMA, the Ship Agent’s primary responsibilities are liaison with Ship’s Staff and facilitation of work requests for future EMAs or MOPs. Management of urgent defect taskings with the respective Destroyer Enterprise stakeholders including afterhours for high priority URDEFs as required. In addition, support the reporting of project performance at the Business Unit reviews and Destroyer Enterprise reporting. Develop and improve Destroyer Enterprise relationships and behaviours. Provide direction, motivate and ensure the performance of the Destroyer Enterprise Charter.Provide support to the EMA production teams for the other vessels as required. Show less
