Latest projects include Association at One New Ludgate, CP Hart expansion of their flagship showroom in Waterloo and Salon Sloane hairdressers in Sloane Square. Current projects managing for Sunbeam Wood Works are Selfridges Click & Collect in Birmingham, Manchester Trafford Centre and Exchange and English Cut Bespoke Tailors in Chiltern Street.

At Cordery Build I was responsible for preparing the Health & Safety documents and RAMS to enable the projects to commence, managing the onsite team and subcontractors, ordering materials through to handing over contracts to the client within budget, to their times scales and snag free.Projects included Costa Coffee, Evans Cycles, Pizza Hut and Santander. I have carried out re-branding roll out programmes for Threshers whilst at Cordery Build which entailed completing a store in 2½ days and completing up to four stores a week.I have also completed numerous intensive reimages for Costa Coffee over 3 days which include new counters, toilet refurbishment, full decorations, lighting and floor finishes. Cordery Build has been Contractor of the year for Costa Coffee on 3 occasions and has won Contractor of the Year for Pizza Hut in 2006 for the Take Away reimage project. Whilst at Cordery I also constructed a new build Penthouse flat on the roof of an office block in Central London. I was involved with all roles from the initial meeting with the client and discussing their requirements, preparing drawings and schedule of works to issue for tender, to providing the client with a quotation, negotiating the deal and ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget. I would suggest materials and systems to use dependent on their requirements, source them and provide samples for approval. Sub contractors would be procured to carry out the necessary work. Materials would be ordered for delivery to site ensuring sufficient work was available for all contractors. A programme of works would be prepared for the sub contractors detailing the works and at what point it needed carrying out by to ensure the smooth running of the contract. Detailed records would be kept of variations and the client informed at the time to ensure no complication arose at the final account stage.
