* Leadership of the Global Central Functions team supporting our KYC Production teams in the timely completion of successful review completion * Ownership and delivery of a capacity forecast for a complex and multilayered demand requirement with internal and external resource requirements* Responsibility for the effective management of the pipeline work ensuring availability and workability to strict KPI's* Design and delivery responsibility for standardised and bespoke MI reporting across broad requirements to a wide ranging audience

* Responsible for the delivery of end to end KYC (EDD) reviews for a Global Investment bank* Management of a c.200FTE production and support teams* Development and nurturing of a new management structure* Oversight and responsibility for maintaining efficiency and quality KPIs

- Responsible for build, development and management of a Resource Planning team to support global production teams in the KYC remediation process within the financial services industry,- Producing short / medium and long term forecasts through effective modelling of a multi stage / handoff process and scenario planning, identifying and understanding key inputs and variables, - Design and build over sight of in-house resource planning tools to support the introduction of the new support function- Closely supporting the operational production process and Production Leaders through reporting, providing insights in performance together with highlighting blockages and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness in the process,- Produce effective & accurate reports detailing key performance indicators in the production process together with insightful commentary,- Support the development of the dedicated MI team and a suite of value adding reports, both ad hoc and automated production- Managing stakeholders, including key senior client stakeholders in understanding the production process and output.

- Lead a team of effective Forecasting Analysts, nationally located, in producing short/medium term forecasts for all inbound / outbound Telephony and Back office processing teams from 3 months to intra-day supporting each customer facing and colleague support functions, - Seek new opportunities to minimize the risk to poor service performance and/or additional Operational costs through sub optimal forecast performance,- Managing key stakeholders relationships across the bank to ensure all key forecast influences are readily known and up coming performance challenges are overcome with collaboration,- Support the wider individual Resource Planning functions and eliminate a silo team approach to enable the bank to extract maximum efficiency and performance- Prepared the planning function for migration to new bank computer systems, including investigating potential replacement Resource Planning tooling
