After a long and rewarding career in the Police and Law Enforcement sector which gave me the opportunity to work in a number of senior Finance and Corporate Services roles I am now looking to use the skills and experience gained to help other public sector organisations provide better services for the public.CIPFA qualified since 1995 and with a Masters in Business Administration I have a wide range of technical and leadership skills developed through working at a senior level in several large and complex organisations. With over 30 years’ experience in operational & transformational finance and corporate services gained in education, local/central government and policing.I have a strong commitment to working in the public sector and a track record of implementing measures to ensure financial and corporate services are delivered in the best possible and customer focused way. I enjoy leading teams through change while maintaining business as usual delivery and strongly believe that all challenges can be resolved by maintaining a sense of perspective and through working effectively with and across teams.Experience of operating at strategic and operational levels.
