I was the first point of contact for all queries made to the Technical Support Services department. I had contact with a diverse range of customers from students to senior managers, and took pride in always giving excellent customer service. I coordinate the annual festival and oversee all aspects of the event. Booking Artists, Stages, Power, Security and Safety equipment through to negotiating with land owners and making sure licenses are up-to date and in compliance with council regulations. I also lead the festival marketing campaigns and head each weekly meeting.Now a large festival with over 4000 in attendance, I have grown the team and now manage the team to make sure targets are met and on budget.
