I oversaw the successful transfer and TS integration of the Spirit Managed estate into the Punch Taverns estate, harmonising the one stop shop TS model into 1 supplier from 2 . From 2010 ,I led a team of 8 tie compliance managers as well as manage a commercial relationship with a dispense monitoring supplier,where in conjunction with the commercial team we reduced annual spend by £2 million per annum through process improvement and improved purchasing compliance by over 2000 brewers barrels in 2 years.
