- Plan and deliver group workshops including essential and advanced interview skills, selling yourself to employers, assessment centres, and effective job searching - Quickly respond to internal employer service team vacancies to create reactive sessions that maximise the possibility of our clients being interviewed by the employer - Conduct one to one mock interviews which achieve a high rate of subsequent job offers - Evaluate client and advisor feedback to improve workshop content and devise new sessions‘Revitalise’ course - Working with colleagues to support job seeking clients who were lacking confidence, motivation and career direction - Produced client workbooks, learning materials, and lesson plans in consultation with learning and development, employer service team, and health professionals - Regularly reported group and client progress in team meetings and worked in partnership with advisors to generate suitable referrals

Delivery of training packages to groups ranging from 4 to 30 individuals, aging from 16 – 65 on a number of subjects:• Working with a range of benefit claimants including JSA, lone parents and newly redundant• Building relationships with other training providers, voluntary organisations, local businesses, Jobcentre offices and the DWP• Mentoring, advising and developing others• Assisting individuals to meet their goals with regards to employment whilst sustaining excellent relationships with employees and learners• Writing CV`s and other employment based materials• Ensuring that the needs of each and every learner are clearly identified and that the outcomes of the learning are achieved
