As a branch manager at Kennards Hire, I lead a team of 10 staff members to provide excellent customer service and support for our equipment rental business. I have been with Kennards Hire for over 5 years, starting as a service person to assistant manager and then taking over the branch manager role in March 2023. I have a high school diploma from Shailer Park State High School and I have developed strong problem solving, customer engagement, and customer support skills throughout my career. I am passionate about delivering quality equipment and solutions to our customers, and I strive to foster a positive and collaborative work environment for my team.
