From a young age I have been a very competitive and successful sailor. After graduating from high school my core background concentrates around my time as an Australian Sailing Squad Athlete, training and racing full time domestically and internationally from 2018-2023. I campaigned for selection for the Tokyo and Paris Olympics and on the way learnt and refined many technical, collaborative and physical performance based skills and abilities to a high level.During this period, I completed a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle majoring in International Business and Leadership Management. This degree has successfully developed skills and qualities that are necessary with being an effective team leader in a professional environment operating on a global platform.Towards the end of my studies I gained Prince2 Project Management Practitioner certification. This qualification reinforced my undergraduate learnings and imparted me with robust and industry recognised methods of Project Management.After completing my degree I joined the Army Reserves as an Infantry Soldier. The training involved in becoming qualified in this position reinforced what I had already subjectively believed to be a high level discipline and offered me great insights into the Australian Defence Force operations and customs.Throughout this journey I have been working with Frontline Safety Australia in a growing capacity. I have progressed from a part time Marketing Assistant role in 2017 to now, (2024) a full time Project Manager role. The projects I have been involved with at Frontline have been challenging and rewarding, and I enjoy working within the growing group of like-minded and motivated team members.
