I am currently a PMO manager and Scrum Master leading a team of 6 people. I have helped the team transition to a more agile way of working. This has led to the teams standing among the delivery leads to improve significantly as the team have been able to guide and support their transition to agile delivery.

I worked as a Service Support Assistant for Devon Adult Social Services. I supported social workers by carrying out admin tasks and organising meetings with clients. I took minutes of these meetings which were held under mental capcity act.

In September 2014 I started teaching Chemistry in a Chinese school to Chinese students. I had always wanted to work abroad and truly experience a different culture. Some cultural differences were very difficult to overcome but I have found living abroad a rewarding experience. Working with foreign students caused me to change many aspects of my teaching. The most significant change was having to check that students understood the English I was using. Two days after starting the Head of Science was sacked and this caused all of my classes to change. This allowed me to demonstrate how adaptable and flexible I am as a person. Two of the classes I was given had A level exams in 6 weeks. The students did extremely well, with 95% achieving A-D and with 38% achieving an A grade

Developing the A level biology curriculum to ensure that all students are able to reach theirpotential. In this role I have to liaise with numerous people including students, parents, the head of science, the head of sixth form and form tutors of all the students. I have to track and monitor the progress of over 70 students. Most of the systems for doing this I have devised myself. This is in addition to all of the other responsibilities I have as a science teacher and form tutor.

Implemented a new scheme of work across the faculty. Bring all 10 teachers involved indelivering the course up to speed on the new specification. This required training them in how touse a new computer system. Ensuring that teachers new what they were teaching and whenthey were meant to teach it. I updated the homework assignments so they provided studentswith the opportunity to develop the skills needed for GCSE.

After university I set up my own business offering nutritional advice to athletes. I set up aprogramme that would educate players and parents on how to manage their diet so playerswere properly fueled before each training session and competition. Players had to complete afood diary which was then analysed and a one page report provided for the players. Although Ihad a lot of interest in the programme getting financial backing proved too difficult and thebusiness did not last.
