Basingstoke

Acted as lead officer for the 65-acre Basing View project, coordinating internal and external resources, reporting to the senior management team and Council members on a key priority project. • Led delivery of critical enabling infrastructure, established developer partnerships and two significant occupier inward investment projects.• Provided wider property advice as part of the Council’s Strategic Property Group.• Acted as regeneration adviser to Hart District Council and Surrey Heath Borough Council through shared resourcing in respect of town centre projects in Fleet and Camberley.• Masterplan adviser to Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust for a new cancer hub in Basingstoke.
