As an EC Council Certified Incident Handler, I draw on 5 years’ experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response as well as skills from a career in Law Enforcement, to guide our clients through the chaos of a cyber breach. Leading our team of expert analysts, I’ve helped clients around the globe through cyber incidents including complex business email compromises, payment diversion frauds, ransomware and data loss. With over 14 years of experience as a police officer, I bring a wealth of expertise in digital forensics and incident management. During my tenure, I managed a Digital Forensics Unit, overseeing 12 forensic examiners and handling over 1,000 cases annually. I lead the adoption of new tools and processes to enhance efficiency and meet rising demands, and I successfully maintained and expanded the unit's ISO 17025 accreditation in both computer and mobile phone forensics.My policing career was marked by frontline roles, where I investigated crimes and solved complex problems in high-pressure environments. As a sergeant for seven years, I supervised teams, managed critical incidents, and took on diverse responsibilities including response policing, custody, public order, and strategic planning with senior leadership.
