• Participation in construction completion, commissioning and run-up ofSolomon – Kings Valley Iron Ore OPF• Attending breakdowns and troubleshooting plant issues in a timely manner• Performing job safety analysis of high risk tasks• Area leader for the wet plant; commissioning, optimisation and operation of thede-sanding circuit including cyclones, classifiers, filter belts, vacuum pumps, thickener,flocculant plant, underflow pumps and GEHO pumps• Run-up, optimising and maintaining plant including; scrubbers, wet and dry screens,Warman pumps, conveyors, apron feeders, sampling stations, stackers and secondaryand tertiary cone crushers• Vendor co-ordinating• Supervising and co-ordinating construction contractor labour• Reading and interpreting process and instrumentation drawings, as well asconducting group isolations for maintenance work• Recognising hazard identification and work pack design• SAP time confirmation and notification of work

Commissioning of Christmas Creek Plant 2• Primary crushing walk-down and pre-commissioning inspections• Wet plant walk-down and pre-commissioning inspections• Run-up and commissioning of wet plant including; GEHO pumps and tailingsequipment, classifiers and filter belts• Working alongside vendors and contractors for plant run-upGeneral maintenance of iron ore processing facilities including wet plant equipment such as:- Gyrator, cone and HPGR crushers- Warman, GEHO and centrifugal pumps- Scrubbers and wet and dry screens- Cyclones, classifiers, flocculant plant and thickener- Conveyor systems; roller and frame change out, tensioning of belts withcounterweights and tensioners, belt tracking, magnetic belt• Supervising contractor crews on shut downs• Breakdown and shutdown maintenance of all general plant and equipment
