Additive manufacturing for propulsion group lead with many design demonstrations completed and many more underway.ESA Chemical propulsion system engineer for the following programs: NEOSAT, MTG, Alphabus, LISA Pathfinder. Expert support provided to; ATV, MPCV-ESM, SGEO, VEGA, Gallileo, Rosetta and various engine related Non-conformance review boards.ESA responsible for development contracts or expert industry support for various European engines including Airbus S10, S4, S400, EAM, 200N, ATV RCT; Moog HTAE, LEROS2C; ECAPS 1N; and various monoprop engines. ESA responsible engineer for various tanks and components including: First and European COPV propellant tank with MT Aerospace for Alphabus, Xenon and helium tanks for Alphabus, Neosat and MTG, Electronic regulators, filters, pressure transducers, flowmeters, and flow control valves. Technical officer for overseeing development of specific mission optimized propellant tanks for LISA Pathfinder and other missions. Initiator and overseer for multiple system level propulsion application studies with European primes. Initiator and overseer of multiple propulsion related technology programs and contributor to Europe propulsion strategies. Initiating team member and project manager for the UK national test facility (High altitude high capacity).Frequent ESA Tender Evaluation Board Chair and member for various propulsion programs and technology ITTs. Frequent expert for engine NRBs. Young graduate trainee supervisor.
