As the Development Officer for Berkshire my role is to build a successful foundation program in Berkshire to provide children with the chance to progress and participate in football.This includes setting up and running various clubs and centres, for boys and girls of all ages.I will be working closely and managing my own team of coaches in the Foundation, as well as working and dealing with Schools, Nurseries, Leisure Centres, Parents and Children throughout Berkshire.Development Centre Coach:As the U11 Foundation Development Centre Coach I have to; plan, prepare and deliver sessions that will progress and test my team, these sessions must not only meet the needs of the team but also follow a syllabus and structure set up by the club itself to provide a playing style throughout all ages.Pre Development Centre Head Coach:As the Pre Development Centre Head Coach I have to; plan and prepare a syllabus for the coaches to adhere to, I also have to liase with players and parents ensuring that players are prepared and ready to follow the the player pathways. Finally I have to ensure that all coaches and their standards are maintained to the high levels required.Foundation Projects:- Asian Star Event- Berlitz Language courses- Samsung Free Kickz ProgramInternational trips include: - Sardinia (Forte Village)- Bilbao- Malaga
