I am currently conducting full protection reviews, advising clients in product areas such as Life, Critical Illness, Income protection and Business Protection. Focusing on ensuring that client lifestyle's and debt's are protected in case of certain life situations. I have a passion (based on my own life experiences) to make sure that protection is a serious subject in the FS industry. I work hard with my clients to get them to think about what really are the consequences and take action where needed. This involves detailed fact finding, questioning and object handling at times.Identifying the correct solution based on a clients health, lifestyle and need is my focus.

During this role my main responsibilities evolved from managing a team of consultants, to becoming Head of Site in the Whiteley location.During this time my main responsibilities were meeting office revenue targets, recruitment and further increasing referrals from mortgages into the protection team and self generation of new business.* Responsible for office targets* Project Management - designed and delivered coaching on Referral Psychology, importance of protection, redesigned the groups mortgage Feedback structure to increase initial advice to submission rates and new advice process for remortgages to focus on better advice and more lender to lender switching business to increase revenue.* Recruited and trained new mortgage consultants, who were outperforming their peers who had client banks. * GDPR role out across the site.* Headed up off site management meetings with the Associate Directors to plan projects and identify new opportunities.* Held weekly sales calls with the Associate Directors across the group to meet companies targets.* Line managed 8 mortgage consultants (including the 4 new starters) and increased production for the existing consultants by 15- 25% from their previous year.* Line management and training of the entire protection sales force * Bi-weekly sales coaching focusing on rapport building, identifying client need, social styles and maintaining energy for mortgage and protection consultants.

In this role my responsibilities included building client relationships to self generate business and building lasting relationships to continue service their mortgage and protection needs. Identifying unexplored opportunities and referring into the wealth department for extended client and company growth. I have a passion of ensuring protection is always discussed with mortgage clients and took over the coaching and development of over 20 mortgage consultants to obtain protection licenses and be signed off to compliantly advise on protection alongside their mortgage application.

Telesales based Private Medical Sales Consultant, advising on both personal and company schemes, in the UK and Internationally.In this role, I was responsible for advising on private medical insurance, and Income Protection for individuals and SMEs in the UK and international markets. The role being able to understand what was important to the client, in depth fact finding to be able to match their need to a product that was a suitable solution and ensure the best service was offered, working within strict compliance regulations and carrying out administrative tasks on behalf of my clients to simplify the process for them.

Starting my career at one of the UK's biggest mortgage lending institutions, really enabled me to develop extensive skills and experience of the mortgage market. During my time I was able to get a great understanding of mortgage underwriting due to the in house access which enabled me to be able to identify who I could help quickly and turn around their application in the fastest possible way. I developed structured and organised process alongside Nationwide's sales process which enables me to deliver high level customer service and experience.
