My career started with a great grounding at Pitney Bowes and expanded over 20+ years inpayments at Equifax and Elavon. I'm known for change management - growingorganisations while instilling the right culture.Raised on a farm, I learned life's realities early, and these shaped my core values. Ichampion transparency, ensuring honest dialogue, even in difficult times.I live by accountability, nurturing a culture where everyone owns their actions. Andcommitment is the cornerstone of my leadership. I lead through action, emphasisementorship, and foster teamwork. My approach is firm but fair, always with an eye onwinning. It's our collective drive that propels us to success.I left my family in the UK for an opportunity in the US. Working there for three weeks of everymonth was a tough decision to make, but we made it work with two weekends a month ofquality time with our children. It meant an emphasis on spending time together properly, andhaving holidays full of culture and real travel to Africa, Indonesia, Caribbean and the FarEast.At Elavon, over 6 years, I changed us from an acquiring service to a value-add full servicepayment product with hundreds of global clients. Now, back in the UK, I'm doing the same atPayComplete, drawn by its vision and ambition.Here are my five key strategies for managing cash:- Recognise that cash, though declining, isn't disappearing.- Use diverse payment methods to include all customers.- Balance self-service with human interaction.- Listen to customers when creating ideas and products.- Welcome change and challenge the status quo.These strategies are reflected in PayComplete's unique software platform, setting us apart inthe industry.
