Self motivated, I have initiated and continually developed the directly contracted hotel portfolio for Travel Counsellors. Operating in 7 countries worldwide product procurement for TC is multi-faceted and the diversity of the role creates a stimulating working environment. Daily interaction with business partners as well as a hugely motivated sales force of hundreds of home based travel professionals have led to annual increases in roomnight production across the whole product range.

Over a period of 10 years I grew from being an inexperienced Contracts Manager to leading the contracting function at the UK's leading city break tour operator for city breaks and short breaks to France and Ireland. Also personally involved in the restructure of the organisation to embrace sister companies Bridge Travel and Tradewinds into the corporate structure.
