My Day-to-day Duties:As Senior Project Manager at Village Cinemas, I led the comprehensive project management of Greece's first urban entertainment centre and its inaugural multiplex, overseeing all phases from initial planning to successful completion.Following are some of my contributions:• Urban Entertainment Centre Development: I managed the project for Greece’s first urban entertainment centre, a 36,000m² development that included a 20-screen Village Cinemas megaplex, over 50 retail stores totalling 9,000m², and 1,200 parking spaces across multiple levels. I led all stages from feasibility study and site acquisition to the grand opening, ensuring a seamless execution.• Inaugural Multiplex Construction: I led the entire project lifecycle for Greece’s first multiplex, a 19,000m² new build featuring 10 cinema screens, a three-story underground parking facility, and 1,800m² of retail space.
