When the fundamentals of Compellent became straightforward and apparent to me i wanted to upskill and test my knowledge in which i moved to the Compellent Core team. This would contrast to my previous job as with this team would work with Compellent cases that would be of a higher priority and more complex issues of Compellent such as zoning, mapping, replication and performance issues along with other areas of Compellent StorageThe types of Storage Devices that I would work with would be SC8000,SC9000, SC7020, SC5020 and so on with the occasional workings with Dell, Brocade and Cisco Switches

After spending the necessary time to learn and develop my skills and traits in the ProSupport Server team, I had been asked to take on a new role in a up and coming team of Dell Storage which works with the fundamentals aspects of Compellent.I learned the basics of Compellent and not only became a highly dependable engineer working with sensitive customers but also hitting the targets that were set to us. Once i became more experience i took over as an escalation point for the team to assist with case management and troubleshooting issues.
