Working now as an executive, leadership and life coach with my primary goal to support people working in research, in research institutions and universities and international development organisations. I am building on a lifetime working in international cultural relations, international development and more recently as a research funder with Wellcome. Contrary to popular belief, coaching can be for everyone and my approach is to find a fee that works for both sides to ensure that coaching is accessible.I worked for 25 years with British Council in Singapore, UK, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Sudan, India, Russia and Israel. I then worked for nine years with Wellcome as Head of International Operations and Partnerships. More recently I trained as a coach and completed the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change with Henley Business School, graduating with distinction.I am available for consulting, able to support international NGOs and research organisations in thinking about organisational strategy, funding and leadership development.I have expertise in charitable and not for profit international governance arrangements and in capacity building in Lower and Middle Income Countries. I am a Governor at Ardingly College in West Sussex and a Director and Trustee of INASP.What I really care about is supporting individuals and organisations to maximize their potential, achieve wellbeing and make a difference in the world.I keep fit through cycling, swimming, running and yoga and dream to master my classical guitar.
