Including, coaching and development of two store Managers to be promoted into highly competitive Area Management field roles.Within my results we have significantly improved performance of an under performing area from bottom to top within a year. And also been recognised and won Best Area manager and partnership 2009.

Roles comprised of leading and inspiring teams in pursuit of excellent customer service, sales, standards and availability of products.Lead the development of many colleagues into different roles. Coached people forward to progress their knowledge and development within the business to maintain engagement.

Worked way up from retail assistant into Deputy Management role. Supported Store manager in all aspects of running the store and managing our people. Learnt the ropes of food retail and started to support management of people.
