As the Head of Technical Operations at Advanced Inspection Services Ltd (AIS), we rework products using medical grade x-ray sensors allowing us to remove individual contaminated packs saving our customers costs and lead times to their customers . I lead the innovation and solutions for the detection of contamination in various industries, such as food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and hardware. I have developed and calibrated X-ray systems that can adapt to thousands of different products and types of contamination, while achieving high throughput and efficiency for our customers.I work closely with the AIS team, maintaining excellent communication levels and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety, alongside ISO9001 accreditation. I also liaise and support clients throughout the process, from preparing X-ray hire equipment for the installation to meet the demands of high speed production lines, to training client personnel in the operating procedures. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of delivering reliable and effective solutions that protect consumers and businesses from the risks of contamination.
