I have over 28 years of experience in providing feasibility, design and project management expertise in the construction industry and have provided building and project advice to a number of high profile organisations and clients.I have extensive experience working across many industry sectors including schools, hospitals, housing (private and social), commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and defence sectors. In the successful delivery of schemes to Clients in these sectors I have had to often balance expectations of both internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining control of resource and costs. In my career I have directly managed and been responsible for both individuals and multi-disciplinary teams of specialist consultants for a variety of Client based commissions.
