My management career has included leading culturally- diverse and multi-functional teams for FTSE 200 and Fortune 500 companies to successfully & profitably navigate various stages of business growth: from start-up to scale-up; organic to investment-led growth, turn-around to scale-down. My leadership style is people-centric and values-based, with a strong commitment to operational and financial rigor.
