I am currently MD of LDHL, sourcing & developing mixed-use sites across London & the south-east. Post acquisition focus is on structuring joint-venture opportunities & investment into these new projects. The business continues to secure some exceptional sites & planning approvals, followed by the construction & onward sale of these place-making developments.I was previously CEO of Developments at Frasers Property UK for 12 years, a multi national real estate company listed in Singapore. My responsibilities included the investment and business development strategy for both residential and commercial property, delivering some of the most prominent landmark projects in the UK. This role included the acquisition due diligence, securing funding, planning, contractor tender negotiation, construction & onward sales & marketing. Prior to Frasers Property UK, I was MD of Fairbriar Homes & MD of Strategic Land at Goldcrest.
