Nine years as leader of J. Walter Thompson New Zealand. During this time, increased revenue, profit, staff numbers and acquired two leading local agencies to join the JWT group, enabling successful transition to Wunderman Thompson in 2019. I was responsible for the P&L, talent development, and led client engagements, providing marketing services advice to a wide range of New Zealand businesses and brands, including Z, Ford, Contact Energy, University of Auckland, Nestle, Kellogg's, PlaceMakers, Transpower, Sovereign, Sacred Hill Wines, Treasury Wines, KiwiHarvest, Aotearoa Circle.

President of CAANZ, the communications agency association of New Zealand (now re-named the Commercial Communications Council), an organisation dedicated to working on behalf of the interests of the communications industry. I led the board, and provided governance to the CEO.

I was responsible for the Brand division, leading the client service team to provide advice to multiple client brands, including BP, Rabobank, Coca-Cola, Sanitarium, Kimberly-Clark, GSK, amongst others. In my capacity as GM I was a member of the leadership team, contributing to new business development, talent development, and integration of acquired companies to the group.

Starting as a graduate trainee, and working my way to Board Account Director, I spent my the first nine years of my career at arguably London's most consistently brilliant agency. I worked across a variety of sectors, for brands such as Vodafone, Unilever, The Guardian, PepsiCo, Nicorette, and Barclaycard.
