Manage 3 Coordinators and 24 generator field service engineers.• Make sure Coordinators have booked worked 2 weeks in advance for engineers• Manage engineer timesheets• Ensure any issues that customers may have are dealt with in a timely and professional manner• Complete financial forecast spreadsheets• Manage customer contracts• Liaise with different departments to make sure service department can keep hitting targets• Deal with any issues that our engineers may come across when on site

Manage and supervise a group of 25 staff for Patient Transport Services.• Manage a weekly Rota ensuring all vehicles are fully staff in order to help reach KPIs.• Manage sickness and making sure all return to work interviews are completed• Make sure yearly staff appraisals are completed• Organise vehicles to be serviced and MOT’d on time• Organise recovery for breakdowns• Undertake disciplinary meetings• Make sure new staff undergo inductions and probation period meetings and training is kept up to date• Check and sign staff timesheets• Make sure any overtime or late meal break claims are processed for the staff.• Support road staff with 3 or 4 man lifts of patients• In severe cases where the company is short of road staff go out on the road and help take patients to appointments• Be a liaison point for staff and help deal with any queries or problems they may have.• Liaise with different department managers and effectively communicate with them all on the daily conference call

Provide Fleet support for all of the emergency vehicles in the East Midlands area. Carry out all associated administration tasks.• Prioritise workload for the mechanics to ensure efficient use of resources.• Arrange required repairs with external partners and monitor these to ensure completion.• Deal effectively with internal/external partners to ensure vehicles have the minimum "down-time".• Deal with queries both on the phone and in person - problem solving on an on-going basis.• Arrange for vehicles to be made available for deep cleaning and manage the deep clean team.• Book vehicles for planned maintenance, servicing/MOT's to ensure vehicles are fit for use.• Collect vehicles that are due for service/repair when ambulance staff can't get them to workshop.
