Carry out all associated administration tasks.• Prioritise workload for the mechanics to ensure efficient use of resources.• Arrange required repairs with external partners and monitor these to ensure completion.• Deal effectively with internal/external partners to ensure vehicles have the minimum "down-time".• Deal with queries both on the phone and in person - problem solving on an on-going basis.• Arrange for vehicles to be made available for deep cleaning and manage the deep clean team.• Book vehicles for planned maintenance, servicing/MOT's to ensure vehicles are fit for use.• Collect vehicles that are due for service/repair when ambulance staff can't get them to workshop.
