BA team is responsible for the core biz systems of both Carrefour China and Carrefour Taiwan1. New application development (To be integrated to existing ERP system) & New Change Request Projects. Both waterfall and agile model is applied for the project management. BA is required to take part in the whole life cycle of the project and take the leading role in the agile-based project. We have developed many new applications and nearly 200 CRs in the past 3 years(Occupy 80% of working time)1) Collect the requirements from different users. Organize the IT workshop to basically understand their business needs and decide if this is a new CR, and is worthy of go/no go. 2) If go, BA team should further understand the biz requirements and translate to system solutions in document (Business Requirement Document), which should be the most cost-friendly, user-friendly and value-added. After being confirmed, a more detailed CR Specification should be documented by BA Team3) Under Agile model, as the “Product Owner”, BA is responsible for the development schedule and daily review4) Clarification during the development phase5) Validate the Test Cases provided by the third party. Validate the final deliverables and UAT sign off6) Stand by when the new version deployment and release7) Knowledge Transfer to internal team and external user, upon every new system version release8) Partner with user for their pilot plan. Take good care of the new function within 3 month nursing period2. Help Application Maintenance Service (AMS) Team bug fixing (Occupy 15% working time)1) Help analyzing the issue and provide the correct biz logic, when AMS encounters some complicated issues3.
