An innovative Senior Marketing Leader with 20 years’ experience in Marketing and Brand Strategy, Research, Product Development, Innovation, CX and UX design across FMCG, B2B and B2C.At Qualtrics, I work with some of Australia’s largest and most well-known brands, helping them design strategies to improve the experiences they deliver to their customers and key stakeholders.Previously I have led marketing for an FMCG multinational across Australia, Asia Pacific, and Southern China, as a Marketing Director, Head of Product development & Innovation, and Head of Brand Marketing. I have also led Sales teams across Asia Pacific and Australia for one of the worlds largest consumer brands.Having led teams of up to 19 with 7 direct reports, I enjoy developing and coaching leaders to reach the next level, unlock their career aspirations and achieve goals. I have a Master of Marketing from RMIT, Post-Grad Diploma in Business Administration from RMIT, and I am completing a Post-Grad Diploma in Psychology at UTS.Working with many industries, customer segments, products, and services, I have the unique ability to cross-pollinate ideas from one industry to another.
