Catholic Networks Australia aggregates purchasing of enterprise-grade communication and software services to drive down costs for the Catholic education sector which represents almost 700,000 students and staff across 1500 schools Australia-wide. These contracts cover agreements with major Tier 1 vendors in each technology market segment.This role, appointed by the CNA Board, leads a small team of skilled negotiators and subject matter experts who achieve exceptional commercial outcomes for Catholic Education on agreements worth more than $100M+ .

Responsible for managing a team of professionals and technical experts to deliver superior customer service to our 80,000 users. This is achieved through mature governance, planning, process and technology. Significantly, BCE have been leading users of the ServiceNow platform since 2014 adopting and deriving value from more components than most any other customer in the region which has seen us assist BCE transform customer and employee experience for not only IT, but for business units as well.Also as the Network manager, I was responsible for 5 9's availability of our telecommunications and wireless services that connect our 150 locations and 65,000 devices to our cloud-hosted services. These are contemporary, enterprise-scale services supported in large part by partners including Telstra, Cisco, Microsoft and Apple. The role had financial stewardship for a budget of $10-15M.
