•Managing IT Infrastructure and connection solutions including workstation connectivity, local area networks, intranet, internet applications and Microsoft Active Directory•-Developement of tools, Installation/Upgrade of Continuous Quality Improvement Application for project progress evaluation exercise•-Review the analysis of FHI360 ODK data reports per facility, Implementing Partners (IP), CBOs and Rivers State Ministry of Health by evaluation area in such a manner as to make sense out of it useful for decision making for the improvement of the National HIV program. •-Involved in training and mentoring facility staff, IP and Rivers State Ministry of Health (RSMoH) officials on the FHI360 ODK data collection methodologies, CQI principles, designing and implementing QI projects using the model for quality improvement. •-Consistently identifying quality gaps that cuts across most facilities after each data collection cycle and support the development of a QI project around it that will be implemented by facilities all across the state in order to achieve more towards overall national improvement effects and impact. •-Working with IPs and Rivers State agencies to ensure that quality gaps identified during the FHI360 ODK CQI exercise are utilized to inform QI activities both at facility and state levels. •-Working closely with the FHI360 ODK software developers to identify upgrades essential to ensure that user experience at all levels are continually enhanced- Support other National Application like LAMIS,NOMIS and DHIS- Support FHI360 inhouse Application
