Field SupervisorThe supervising role has responsibility for the compliant installation of energy devices and commercial lighting in the field and managing a team of installers to ensure that KPI’s are met this will include auditing and management of non-conformances. Communication, leadership and customer focus are critical to this position.Achievements:• Managing 20 field workers in accordance with the companies policies and procedures including appraisal, training and development, and discipline and termination.• Provided operational projections to the Director and Operations Manager of the company.• Follow up with escalated customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.• Stock control of warehouse activities including receipting of stock, despatching stock to van, stock returns and reconciliations.• Ensure there are appropriate staffing and resourcing levels to achieve contracted levels.• Ensure OH&S is adhered to by staff and subcontractors.Sales ConsultantResponsibility for the sale of energy efficient LED lighting to businesses within Melbourne and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:This highly autonomous role requires a true self-starter. Proactively seeking new business opportunities to upgrade customers to energy efficient LED lighting solutionsMeeting with businesses and presenting our LED lighting productsPreparing paperwork and submitting to the admin teamUtilise various sales methods including on-site visits, networking and potentially some cold calling to generate salesScheduling and attending site assessmentsManaging the customer sales process from inception through to closeCommunicating effectively and accurately to ensure customer deliverables are metForecasting sales pipeline and stock requirements

Service visit to conduct process testing and report results; problem solving process issues. Responsibilities managing and supporting customers, increasing top line sales to new and current customers, product pricing review and product forecasting.

Increase Sales to current customer Amcor. Monthly Audits, Training staff on operational procedures. Application Engineer -management and planning of customer projects, management and technical support of customer accounts. Working with Business Managers to provide profitable products.Facilitator - facilitate with senior management and staff on weekly meetings in reaching KPIs. Manage waste treatment plant and reduce spoilage.
