(Project Budget $1,400,000).

-Successfully managed Tilisi Road project from inception to completion within requiredtimeframe and budget (Project Cost Ksh. 94,000,000).- Ensured zero accident occurrences in all ongoing and completed company project sites.

Preparation of project proposals and work programmes to ensure proper project management.2. In-charge of pricing Bill of Quantities and preparing bids for tenders.3. Organization of correspondences between the company and stakeholders.4. Conducting site meetings to assess the progress of works in the various projects.5. In-charge of reviewing and evaluating site reports for various company projects.6. Supported preparation of certificates for payment on work carried out by the company.7. Following up with the relevant authorities i.e. NCA so as to ensure the company has adhered to the required regulations as per the law requirement.8.
