• Operations Responsibilities
• Duty manager once weekly, opening the factory ensuring everything is ready for production
• Managing 3 staff with the aim of increasing productivity to maximise profit from what were previously waste products, motivating through means other than remuneration
• Creating a hygiene monitoring routine & method of recording the data for the grounds-man which allows no breaches in required levels of hygiene
• Pre production sampling; set up to keep tabs on factory management & their responsibilities on a daily basis, to maintain BRC standards
• Setting up and maintaining a sampling of box stickers to ensure traceability & provenance of the product

• Producing monthly management accounts, preparing accruals and prepayments, intercompany reconciliations, Group recharges
• Monthly forecast preparation ready for director meetings
• Creating a 12 month plan using trends and linking figures throughout the Group
• Site visits to audit processes already in place and develop new ones where needed
• Continued bank reconciliation; closing working day two, one day ahead of target.
• Continued credit control for the Group.
