Working within the Automation Associates Commercial Solutions team I manage the enterprise level projects overseeing design, tender, presentation, implementation and post implementation reviews.I also assist in training of new staff and assisting in all areas of the business.

Moving up to Technical Manager after the role of project manager I was responsible for the installation department as a whole. I was tasked with creating a cohensive team environment while improving profitability across the division and ensuring all 16 staff were performing at the best. During this time I developed the Automation Associates Apprenticeship Program to document training and progression through the installation department. The commercial division developed and I became an integral part of the small commercial team.

Working back at Automation Associates as project manager I was tasked with developing the role and ensuring profitability for the mainly hi-end residential market. During this time I also assisted with technical training of installation staff and assisting on designs

Worked at UK based HiFi store in custom install department. Quickly escalated to the role of "the closer". Sent to any job that was dragging on or with a disgruntled client to resolve issues, complete commissioning of the automation system, and close the job.
