Current- Hire, train, manage, evaluate and supervise staff in multiple departments
- Advanced administrative duties including using internal software systems to book, quote, and invoice at a variety of international locations and with a fast turn around time for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders as the outward-facing staff member of the Ottawa branch
- Ensure performance of quality control and quality assurance practises, including corrective and preventative actions, and liaising with clients on the resolution
- Responsible for safety of employees and clients through proper procedures and use of equipment
