I am Client Director at Proxima, with responsibility for the UK Public Sector business. During my career I have amassed extensive commercial, negotiation, and consulting experience (including Big-Four). I have 25 years experience of delivering high-value and complex commercial programmes for clients, including technology transformation and outsourcing (BPO and ITO). I have also managed M&A activity for a Big-Four firm across the whole lifecycle from target selection (national, regional, and global) through to post-deal implementation. Prior to joining Proxima, I was engaged independently to provide commercial advice and delivery support for UK Govt across a number of national multi-year broadband programmes. Virtually all of the programmes that I have worked on have been £ multi million in value and have required management of complex business issues, often against a demanding timescale, with my personal reporting lines being to “C” level or equivalent.
