I am a Product Support Engineer with a proven ability to solve problems and have a very strong customer focus. My most recent position was with Eaton Wireless where I provided technical knowledge and fault-finding techniques for our local and international sales staff, distribution partners and end customers on a wide range of wireless product. As a first point of contact, I was able to resolve many issues quickly and cost effectively whilst educating the end user and prevented unnecessary return of product due to wrongful fault diagnosis.I am looking to extend my technical support and problem-solving ability to include on site field service and support as well as provide regular checks and preventative maintenance programs for critical communications systems.
