Processing new applications on Northern power grid (NPG) computer system CRM for customers that would like to move their electric supply. Assigning surveyors with the correct paperwork and utility maps to prevent any delays. Uploading the survey and putting the correct costs into the NPG computer system (CRM). Liaising with all parties that might be involved with the work that is required which would include outside agencies for example meter companies, builders and cable installers. Ensuring the service alteration is completed on the day the customer has chosen and keeping them updated with timelines and completion dates. Site visits and audits ton ensure the teams are working safely and to the regulations. Deprograming the application after completion to ensure all personnel involved have been paid and the correct work done has been claimed.
