Over my working life I have gained a lot of experience in different sectors of businesses.Currently I’m working at Royal Mail in the HR Services in recruitment services onboarding new candidates to the business Prior to my recent role I was a Recruitment Resourcer at Next, working with other staff in the recruitment team I prescreen and book candidates in for interviews for the distribution sector of the business.Prior to this I was working for Royal Mail in their HR department Christmas recruitment team, recruiting Christmas casuals to work in the Mail centres and delivery offices, I was compliance checking candidates IDs and adding new starters to company’s SAP payroll system.Before working at Royal Mail I was a Team Manager at Capita, on the NHS Test and Trace in this role I managed, coached, motivated and developed a team of 25 FTE advisors towards client agreed KPI's, ensuring operational excellence. I provided individual targets to each agent dependent on their own performance levels.• Dealt with escalated calls in a timely manner that my front-line advisors are unable to resolve• Managed/coached outbound Tier 3 agents of 25 FTE• Managed/coached my team to agreed KPI's and performance managing under performers• Took a lead role in covering for my Operations Manager while they were on leave or on weekends• Prepared and delivered teams 121's, coaching sessions and team engagement activities• Performance managed under-performers in-line with Capita HR policyProvided specialist IT project support relating to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), network access control, and remote desktop access.I also worked on the National Shielding Helpline, providing information, support and guidance on shielding and protecting people who are clinically extremely vulnerable from COVID-19.Before this I was an Advanced Customer Advisor at Royal Mail, I was there for 3 years on a fixed term contract, dealing with customer complaints about either collections failing or PO Box services not working correctly and setting up new business collections and new PO Box services in an administration back office role, I also trained new members of staff and developed new ways of working (WOW's) for new and existing staff to use, to make processes easier for the team and make their time more efficient
